ALLOTMENT PROCEDURE

With regard to allotment of married apartments the following general procedures will be followed,

  • Applications will be invited on occurrence of vacant apartment for allotment.

  • The vacant apartments along with category to which it is admissible will be displayed in the hostel Office and student messes or online through campus broadcast

  • Separate seniority lists will be maintained for Regular Research student (RRS), Quality Improvement Programme (QIP) student and Research Associate(RA)

  • The allotment will be made in respective category based on seniority. The seniority list of the respective category will be displayed for information of all concerned at Hostel Office

  • The allotment will be made on the notified date to the students who have applied for the apartment
