MEMBERSHIP AND VALIDITY
Who can become hostel members and for how long?
Mess-only membership is given to interns, research associates, post-docs etc., on production of proper documents and approval from Chairman, Council of Wardens.
Eligible candidates requiring hostel accommodation should first pay the prescribed hostel deposit in order to become a member of the hostel
Membership is valid till the time students submit their thesis or cancellation of student registration whichever is earlier.
Absence from the hostel without permission from the Chairman, Council of Wardens, for more than a month may entail cancellation of membership.
